Responsibilities

St. Francis Medical Center in Evanston, IL is looking for their next Chief Executive Officer . You will be responsible for the overall day-to-day hospital operations as well as strategic leadership, planning, development, direction, coordination, and control of activities within patient care, clinical, and support service areas. You will work collaboratively with leaders and staff to ensure quality patient care is delivered cost-effectively. You will plan and direct the hospital's short- and long-term objectives to meet financial and non-financial goals. Ensuring synergy between people, processes, and strategies to achieve business objectives is essential. You will attract, train, develop, and retain talent to meet business needs. You will drive revenue growth through developing new strategies to improve performance. Effective communication with stakeholders is vital. Qualifications

Education, Experience, and Training

Required qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Nursing, Health Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of five (5) years of progressive responsibility in Healthcare Administration.
• Proficiency in computer operations including word processing.
• Demonstrates community commitment.
• Ability to lead at all levels of management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must obtain Sexual Harassment Certification within 6 months and maintain biennially.

Prime Healthcare offers a competitive total rewards package, including paid time off, a 401K plan, medical, dental, and vision coverage, tuition reimbursement, and voluntary benefits. The estimated annual compensation range for this role is $250,000 to $350,000, determined based on factors such as experience, education, and credentials.
