About the Role:

We're looking for a strategic and hands-on Head of Product to spearhead the evolution of our product from a managed service to a robust enterprise-grade solution. You'll be the driving force behind our product vision, roadmap, and execution, working closely with engineering, sales, and marketing to ensure our product meets the evolving needs of enterprise customers. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of our product and play a pivotal role in our company's growth.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Product Vision: Develop and articulate a clear product vision and strategy for the transition to an enterprise product.

Roadmap Development: Define and prioritize product roadmap initiatives, aligning with business objectives and market demands.

Enterprise Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research to understand enterprise customer needs, competitive landscape, and industry trends.

Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with customers, sales, and engineering to gather and define detailed product requirements.

Product Design & Development: Work closely with engineering to ensure product design and development align with enterprise requirements and scalability.

Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for the enterprise product, including pricing, packaging, and launch plans.

Product Lifecycle Management: Manage the entire product lifecycle, from concept to launch and beyond.

Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing product team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.

Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate product vision, roadmap, and progress to internal and external stakeholders.

Data Driven Decisions: Use data and analytics to inform product decisions and measure product success.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Head of Product or Senior Product Manager in a B2B SaaS or Enterprise Software environment.

• Strong understanding of enterprise software requirements, scalability, and security.

• Experience transitioning products from managed services to enterprise offerings is highly desirable.

• Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.

• Experience with Agile development methodologies.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (MBA degree preferred).

• A proven track record of successfully launching and scaling enterprise software products.

• Strong understanding of modern software architecture and cloud technologies.
