Responsibilities
St. Francis Medical Center in Evanston, IL is seeking a Chief Executive Officer . You will oversee the hospital’s daily operations and provide strategic leadership, planning, development, and coordination across patient care, clinical, and support services. You will work collaboratively with staff and leaders to ensure quality patient care in a cost-effective manner. Responsibilities include setting short- and long-term goals, aligning people, processes, and strategies, attracting and developing talent, and driving revenue growth through new business strategies. Effective communication with stakeholders is essential. We offer a competitive compensation package with excellent benefits.
Qualifications
Education, Experience, and Training
Required qualifications include:
- Master’s degree in Nursing, Health Administration, or a related field.
- At least five (5) years of progressive healthcare administration experience.
- Proficiency in computer operations, including word processing.
- Community commitment demonstrated.
- Leadership ability at all management levels.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to obtain Sexual Harassment Certification within 6 months and maintain it biennially.
Prime Healthcare offers a comprehensive benefits package, including paid time off, a 401K plan, medical, dental, and vision coverage, tuition reimbursement, and voluntary benefits. The estimated annual total compensation for this role ranges from $250,000 to $350,000, depending on experience and qualifications. The final offer will be determined at hire.
