Commercial Leasing Associate Move up to a Leasing Manager/Director! (San Francisco)

Responsibilities:

1. Develop marketing plans for lease-up and existing properties
2. Hire and develop leasing teams
3. Travel within the San Francisco area and occasionally to Southern California
4. Train site leasing staff to enhance sales abilities
5. Analyze market trends to identify new markets and sales strategies
6. Collaborate with Senior Sales Executives on development and market trends
7. Manage renewal processes and develop retention strategies
8. Set goals for staff and develop plans to achieve them
9. Build relationships with brokers and interface with them as needed
10. Contact potential tenants and conduct property walk-throughs
11. Develop commission structures and identify leasing process issues
12. Review sales reports regularly to anticipate needs
13. Support staff in tenant retention and training

Must Have:

• Bachelor's degree (BA or BS)
• Proven experience in leasing or related sales roles
• At least 2 years of commercial leasing experience
• Management or development experience is a plus
• Willingness to travel to the Bay Area and other West Coast locations
