A nationally recognized property management team is seeking a Leasing Manager for their shared workspace environment. The company is known for its hospitality, amenities, and special events for customers. This position involves leasing spaces at multiple properties and managing lease-up processes for new products. Responsibilities:
- Develop marketing plans for lease-up and existing properties
- Hire and develop leasing teams
- Travel within the San Francisco area and occasionally to Southern California
- Train site leasing staff to enhance sales abilities
- Analyze market trends to identify new markets and sales strategies
- Collaborate with Senior Sales Executives on development and market trends
- Manage renewal processes and develop retention strategies
- Set goals for staff and develop plans to achieve them
- Build relationships with brokers and interface with them as needed
- Contact potential tenants and conduct property walk-throughs
- Develop commission structures and identify leasing process issues
- Review sales reports regularly to anticipate needs
- Support staff in tenant retention and training
Special Skills:
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively
- Strong mentorship and team development skills
Must Have:
- Bachelor's degree (BA or BS)
- Proven experience in leasing or related sales roles
- At least 2 years of commercial leasing experience
- Management or development experience is a plus
- Willingness to travel to the Bay Area and other West Coast locations
