Position: Technical Product Manager, Mission Analytics
How You Will Make An Impact
Navaide is seeking a Technical Product Manager to lead analytics and digital transformation initiatives, with an initial focus on USMC logistics analytics using the Jupiter/Advana data platform. This leadership role blends strategic vision, technical execution oversight, and cross-functional coordination, requiring expertise in enterprise data platforms, agile methodologies, and stakeholder engagement. Deep familiarity with Advana’s technology stack, including Collibra, Enterprise EDL, Qlik, and Databricks, is essential.
Duties & Responsibilities
Strategic & Product Leadership

Collaborate closely with the Director of Data Analytics to align and operationalize strategic analytics and digital transformation priorities.
Define a solution roadmap linked to business value and mission outcomes.
Represent analytics leadership in technical discussions and stakeholder engagements.
Identify, manage, and resolve dependencies and risks across multiple products and capability domains.

Technical Execution & Agile Delivery

Lead the design and implementation of scalable analytics solutions within the Advana ecosystem (Collibra, Enterprise EDL, Qlik, Databricks).
Provide hands-on leadership to resolve technical challenges and support team productivity.
Guide technical decisions, sprint planning, backlog management, and agile delivery.

Stakeholder Engagement

Serve as the primary liaison for client stakeholders, simplifying technical concepts into operational value.
Lead demos, executive briefings, and validation workshops.
Support client's change management and solution adoption efforts.

Team Development & Mentorship

Mentor cross-functional teams in engineering, analytics, and automation.
Promote skill development and address team capability gaps.

Governance & Quality Assurance

Enforce and inform best practices for data lineage, data quality, secure data handling, and code reliability.
Oversee solution architecture to meet enterprise standards and compliance needs.

Innovation & Internal Contributions

Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies (AI, low-code/no-code, automation).
Support internal initiatives such as business development, recruitment, and capability growth.

Relevant Skills & Experience

Proven success in a Technical Product Manager, Solutions Manager, or Technical Lead role.
Expertise with the Advana platform tech, specifically: Collibra, Enterprise EDL ((Data Lake Infrastructure), Qlik, Databricks (Big Data & ML Workflows)
Experience managing cross-functional teams in complex enterprise environments.
Proficiency in agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban).
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with USMC logistics operations and related data environments.
Background in federal defense, government, or regulated analytics.
Track record of mentoring teams and advancing internal capabilities.

Security Clearance
Candidates must possess, or be eligible to receive, US DoD Security Clearance.
Education
Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred in a related discipline (e.g., Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Management Science, or Economics). Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a master’s degree.
