Associate Vice President for Enrollment Management

The Associate Vice President for Enrollment Management (AVPEM) oversees the university's efforts to recruit undergraduate students with the experience, aptitude, and skills to succeed at UCF. The AVPEM will provide strategic leadership and oversight for undergraduate admissions, student financial assistance, and the university registrar. The role involves significant collaboration on developing and implementing the university's strategic enrollment plan. The AVPEM reports to the Vice President for Student Success and Well-being and works closely with senior leadership to ensure the effective operation of admissions, financial aid, and registration services, ultimately enhancing student success.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $250,000 - $275,000.

Qualifications

• At least ten years of relevant work experience and five years of leadership experience, OR
• At least seven years of relevant work experience and five years of leadership experience with a doctoral degree.

The ideal candidate will have leadership experience in undergraduate recruitment, admissions, strategic enrollment management, data analytics, retention, and marketing within higher education. Proficiency in current search strategies, admissions technologies, data analytics tools, predictive modeling, financial aid leveraging tools, and digital recruitment campaigns is essential.
