About the Team & Business Line:
Fund Administration is Citco’s core business. Our alternative asset and accounting services are highly regarded. We invest continuously in learning and technology to deliver a seamless client experience.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of private equity tax experience in a high-volume operational environment.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting; CPA preferred.
- Knowledge of private equity structures and partnership accounting, including tax waterfalls.
- Experience with federal and state tax return compliance.
- Experience managing or leading staff.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- High attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership.
- Proficiency in Excel; knowledge of Investran is a plus.
Salary Range: USD 150,000 - 210,000

Responsibilities:
- Manage private equity tax deliverables and client relationships, including tax estimates, work papers, and Schedule K-1s.
- Review federal and state tax returns prepared by third parties.
- Manage and train staff, coordinate assignments.
- Research tax issues at federal, state, and international levels.
- Collaborate with clients, tax advisors, and internal teams on tax return preparation.
- Develop processes to enhance private equity services.
- Participate in automation, process improvements, and special projects.
- Assist in business development activities, including pitches and pricing.
