The ideal candidate will be a forthright communicator and relationship builder, fostering trust and collaboration with the Board of Directors, staff, members, regulators, and vendors. Focusing on mentorship and hands-on leadership, they will guide and develop team members, creating a collaborative environment that encourages growth and innovation.

The starting salary range for this position is $140,000 – $175,000.
