Since 1958, it has grown from serving one family and a local church to supporting more than 1,200 individuals across Bucks and Montgomery Counties. Indian Creek Foundation is seeking a mission-driven Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the organization into its next chapter. The CEO will collaborate with the Board of Directors to provide strategic vision and operational oversight, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services. Responsibilities include financial stewardship, organizational development, team leadership, and program excellence. The role requires navigating industry regulations, championing client rights, and advancing the Foundation's mission and values. The ideal candidate will be a relational leader who excels in building strong teams, cultivating talent, and fostering an inclusive organizational culture.

Chief Executive Officer Position Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, human services, psychology, sociology, or a related field
• Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in a human services organization
• Previous executive leadership experience within a multi-faceted organization
• Experience working in a non-profit and with a Board of Directors is preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Community involvement is strongly preferred
