As a Director of Sales at Nanonets, your key responsibilities will include:
- Strategic Leadership: Developing and executing strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base. Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Team Management and Development: Leading a team of sales professionals. Recruiting, setting objectives, coaching, and monitoring the performance of sales representatives.
- Market Analysis: Analyzing market trends and competitors’ strategies to identify opportunities and key areas for growth. Staying abreast of new product developments and industry changes.
- Sales Planning and Execution: Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence. Setting comprehensive goals for performance and growth.
- Client Relationship Management: Managing key client relationships and participating in closing strategic opportunities. Networking with potential clients and industry professionals.
- Revenue Growth: Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team. Developing and executing new strategies for revenue growth, including upselling and cross-selling.
- Reporting and Analysis: Reporting on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts. Preparing sales reports and forecasts.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working closely with the marketing team to develop go-to-market strategies and with product development teams to inform them of market needs.
Qualifications
- 3+ years' of sales leadership experience
- 6+ years' of experience in sales
- Strong leadership skills
