As Egnyte continues to grow and increases focus on driving new customer acquisition with u00A0 Mid-Market u00A0 and Enterprise companies, we will look to the Director of Sales Development to build, u00A0 develop, u00A0 and continue to lead our Sales Development tea m . This group will be responsible for increasing the number of quality opportunities for our growing field u00A0 sales team. The leader of this team should be very well versed in understanding how to train and u00A0 develop, u00A0 not just manage performance.
WHAT YOUu2019LL DO:
- Manage and continue to develop a team of sales development reps to deliver and exceed opportunity targets
- Execute currently successful processes while developing new tactics to improve efficiency such as supporting reps to develop their geographical sales territories, structuring u00A0 lead u00A0 and lag measures, and u00A0 create u00A0 daily productivity metrics.
- Review team performance and employ strategies and tactics to increase output
- Partner with Sales Operations to optimize the use of sales enablement tools
- Develop and deliver training programs to help hit key sales objectives by leveraging buying personas, call framing, sales nurturing strategies and cadences.
- Create and deliver sales kickoff and quarterly reviews including overall strategy of the sales development team and measuring the lead indicators towards to end goals.
- Design and create a sales playbook and learning guide

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:
- D emonstrated success managing sales development and/or lead generation teams
- Prior experience in a direct sales or lead generation role
- Technical Sales experience. SaaS/Cloud experience strongly preferred.
- Experience creating, u00A0 implementing u00A0 and reporting metrics
- Knowledge of 3rd party lead development resources
- Strong understanding of sales process and sales pipeline management
- Experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM systems
- Bacheloru2019s degree preferred

COMPENSATION:
- Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across multiple U.S. geographic u00A0 locations, and u00A0 pay varies based on defined markets. The standard base pay range for this position u202F across the U.S. is $ 140 k - $ 16 0k annually. Pay u202F varies by work location u202F and may also be dependent on job-related skills, knowledge, u202F and/or experience.
