Talent Acquisition Partner to SaaS Company (Chicago)

About the Role

We’re looking for a hands-on Talent Acquisition Partner to drive end-to-end recruitment across North America. In this high-impact role, you'll work closely with hiring managers and the People Experience team to attract top talent across Commercial, Tech, and Support functions. Your expertise will shape our hiring strategies, enhance the candidate experience, and strengthen our employer brand.

You’ll be based in our Chicago office with the flexibility to work remotely two days a week as part of our hybrid work model. You’ll report to our global Chief People & Culture Officer and join our international and passionate People Experience team, consisting of three HR Business Partners and our EMEA Talent Acquisition Partner.

What You Will Do

1. Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing and proactively building talent pipelines.
2. Partner closely with hiring managers to advise and challenge them in requirements, offers, and hiring decisions.
3. Drive and manage employer branding initiatives.
4. Partner with external agencies for specialist and hard-to-fill roles.
5. Identify and implement improvements in tools, processes, and methodologies for efficient hiring.
6. Share insights on talent acquisition trends and lead recruitment training initiatives across Tacton.
7. Evaluate candidates using assessment tools such as Alva Labs to ensure high-quality hires.

What We Are Looking For

• 6+ years’ experience in Talent Acquisition, managing full-cycle recruitment processes.
• Strong background in recruitment regarding commercial and tech roles, with extensive experience using LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Ability to juggle multiple roles simultaneously in a fast-paced, scaling environment.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills and experience or strong interest in exploring and leveraging AI tools within recruitment.
• Experience working within a SaaS and/or an international company is a plus.
• Familiarity with assessment tools like Alva Labs is a merit but not a requirement.
