BROKER ACCOUNT MANAGER (BILINGUAL REQUIRED) (San Francisco)

Responsibilities

Increase sales through existing relationships and develop new broker partnerships.

Manage provider relationships and coordinate with Medical Groups / IPAs for growth.

Oversee agent training, support channels, and compliance with CMS guidelines.

Maintain documentation and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Participate in mandatory training and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of sales / marketing experience; Medicare knowledge preferred.

High School Diploma or GED; Bachelors degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Bilingual in Vietnamese, Chinese, or Spanish is required.

Effective communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

Reliable transportation and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Information

Salary Range : $55,871 - $83,806

Full-time, Entry level, in the Healthcare industry.
