RESPONSIBILITIES & QUALIFICATIONS
Responsibilities:- Attract, retain, and develop top talent
- Provide innovative, outstanding, and consistent care and services
- Maximize profitability through revenue generation and expense control
- Retain and enhance the Sunrise culture
- College degree preferred
- 5 years of sales management experience or related experience with Sunrise, healthcare, and multi-site experience preferred
- Supervisory and management experience including hiring staff, coaching, performance management, daily operations supervision, discipline, and counseling
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to link information to action and results
- Able to travel in the geographic area
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and delegate appropriately
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, including group presentations
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Sunrise applications, with ability to learn new software
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and peak hours
