Key Responsibilities and Qualifications

• 3-5 years in a General Manager role within a customer-focused environment, with direct profit and loss responsibility
• Recruit, onboard, train, and mentor team members to develop a high-performing team. Approach management with an owner’s mentality, always seeking growth opportunities for the business and staff.
• Oversee local marketing efforts to boost brand visibility and community engagement
• Lead by example in customer service and sales, ensuring a high-quality experience that promotes repeat visits and referrals
• Regularly review and improve operational processes for efficiency and service quality
• Monitor financial metrics and P&L reports to maximize profitability and address discrepancies
• Manage daily operations of management teams for smooth business functioning
