Bonus Program: As a Restaurant General Manager, you will be eligible to participate in a bonus program, paid out quarterly based on restaurant performance.

What a day in the life of a Restaurant General Manager looks like:

• Manage profitability by adhering to cash control/security procedures, maintaining inventory levels, managing labor, reviewing financial reports, and taking appropriate actions.
• Recruit, interview, and hire Team Members, Shift Managers, and Assistant General Managers.
• Coach and train employees to operational excellence to ensure restaurant success.
• Conduct inventory counts bi-weekly.
• Maintain cleanliness and ensure the team provides an exceptional guest experience with friendliness and quality products.

What you bring to the role:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a General Manager in food service or retail, including Profit & Loss responsibility, preferably in a quick-service restaurant (QSR).
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights per week.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull heavy objects, stand and walk constantly during shifts, maneuver safely through compact spaces, and operate restaurant equipment.

Employees in this role are compensated based on skills and experience. The exact salary varies by location and other factors, and will be discussed during hiring. Starting ranges in various states include:

• Maryland: $55,000 - $60,000
