About the Role
As a Store Manager, you’ll be responsible for the total omni customer experience in your store, ensuring high visual and commercial standards according to the store format, location, and global & regional strategies. You will lead the full store team to excel, creating an inclusive culture that promotes collaboration and entrepreneurial spirit. You will analyze sales, follow up on results, and create plans to optimize store performance.
A Day in the Life
Working at H&M means no two days are ever the same. A typical day includes responsibilities such as:
- Customer Sales & Profit: Managing the omni customer experience, visual and commercial presentation, representing the brand positively, analyzing sales and budgets, promoting customer loyalty and sustainability initiatives, managing store routines, and maintaining competitor awareness.
- Fashion & Trend Awareness: Staying updated with fashion trends, ensuring team provides product knowledge, and understanding local customer and competition dynamics.
- Team & Development: Talent management, recruiting, onboarding, coaching, conducting performance evaluations, succession planning, team communication, and ensuring procedures and legal requirements are followed.
- Retail Operations & Visual Execution: Maintaining store cleanliness, product presentation, stock levels, store routines, and in-store technology and signage standards.
Qualifications
Who You Are:
- A strong leader with experience in retail management, team coaching, and development.
- Effective communicator, analytical, and capable of working with numbers and statistics.
- Relevant leadership experience in retail, with a background in retail operations.

Additional Information
Compensation: $81,982 - $95,510 annually. EEOC Code: OFM. Pay Status: Salary, Non-Exempt (Exempt in top volume locations). This job is active and accepting applications.
