What You Will Do
- Train other members of the SDR/BDR Team to identify, contact, and create qualified opportunities
- Plan for hiring and onboarding new SDRs and BDRs
- Improve the performance and abilities of your team over time by providing coaching, feedback, and career development opportunities
- Enable strong performers to move into AE roles
- Work closely with the Marketing team to provide feedback on MQLs and campaigns, as well as develop effective messaging to convert inbound interest into qualified pipeline
- Build and execute on a prospecting plan for key accounts to develop and contact to drive qualified outbound pipeline generation
- Work closely with Sales and Marketing to build and improve opportunity management and qualification processes
- Develop and track KPIs as well as forecast attainment on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis
- 6+ years of experience in sales related roles, with at least 2+ years managing teams
- Experience selling a technical B2B product highly preferred, with an ability to create repeatable sales processes
- Experience in sales operations and/or marketing automation software preferred
- Self-motivated and comfortable in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
- Prior experience as an early employee at a startup with an API or integrations related product or developer tool is a bonus
- The cash compensation range for this role is $170,000-205,000 OTE.
- Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, and certifications. In addition to cash compensation, all full time employees receive an equity compensation package.
