What You’ll Do
Our Managing Partners are responsible for Gartner Consulting’s relationship with a portfolio of Gartner accounts within Public Safety and Justice Industry based on the West Coast.
As a Managing Partner, you’ll advise clients at the highest strategic level with both big-picture and tactical guidance on how technology enables a wide range of business outcomes. Your main goal is to develop compelling proposals and business plans that marry Gartner’s insights to clients’ objectives, helping them achieve mission-critical goals, develop transformation strategies, and reach their organizational targets.
You will articulate to clients (CIOs, CTOs, CEOs, CDOs, and other leaders) the breadth of Gartner Consulting Solutions; drive strategic deals with repeatable potential; lead pursuit development efforts; build accounts over time by shifting from transactional activity to trusted advisor relationships; and execute account planning.
What You’ll Need
- A strong passion for the Public Safety and Justice domain
- Experience within a well-regarded management consultancy in project delivery and sales
- Prior experience as a solution/technical architect or analyst preferred
- Thorough understanding of the criminal justice process and related agencies
- Ability to communicate persuasively with criminal justice leadership, aligning IT initiatives with strategic priorities
- Subject Matter Expertise in IJIS and inter-agency governance, data sharing, standards, and integration
- Expertise in criminal justice application areas (e.g., court CMS, police RMS, criminal history), including vendor insights, functional requirements, architectural options, implementation strategies, and data integration
- Proven leadership in building high-performing teams leveraging technology to meet mission goals
- Ability to inspire professionals from diverse backgrounds and foster ownership and commitment
- Demonstrated creativity in developing solutions and strategies for clients
- Strong sales skills, understanding client goals and Gartner solutions
- Interest in project delivery and client satisfaction
- Ability to manage multiple priorities hands-on
- MBA or advanced degree preferred

What We Offer
