Autzu is transforming urban mobility with our EV-for-hire platform and future-ready autonomous vehicle infrastructure. With major U.S. expansion, we’re reducing CO₂ emissions, building EV fleets, and laying groundwork for an autonomous rideshare ecosystem.

What You’ll Do

• Strategic Leadership : Define and execute EV / autonomous roadmap, including national and global scaling
• Operational Oversight : Collaborate with COO to standardize launch playbook, streamline fleet logistics and hub rollouts
• Growth & Partnerships : Lead fundraising, secure OEM, charging infra, and municipal partnerships
• Market Expansion : Drive entry into new cities, optimize pricing, grow vehicle count to market targets (e.g., 100–500 vehicles / city)
• Autonomy Vision : Activate Giga hubs for charging, maintenance, and AV dispatch; integrate with Uber and other platforms
• Team & Culture : Build strong leadership team across operations, engineering, product and drive mission-aligned culture
• Financial Stewardship : Own P&L, revenue targets (e.g., $4K / vehicle), cost channels, unit economics

You Should Have

• 10+ years in high-growth mobility / transport tech, EV, or rideshare—CEO / COO / founder backgrounds preferred
• Proven experience scaling multi-city operations and building B2B / B2G partnerships
• P&L ownership; adept at capital raising and managing investors
• Comfortable with complex logistics—fleet, vendor, hub management
• Strong strategic vision for autonomous vehicle ecosystems
• Excellent communication with stakeholders : board, partners, regulators, media
• Mission-driven leader with passion for sustainability and clean mobility

Bonus Points

• Experience launching autonomous EV or fleet management infrastructure
• Background in rideshare or logistics-heavy businesses
• Existing relationships with OEMs, fleet providers, urban planners, city regulators
