Responsibilities

St. Francis Medical Center in Evanston, IL is seeking a Chief Executive Officer . You will oversee the day-to-day hospital operations and provide strategic leadership, planning, development, and coordination across patient care, clinical, and support services. Collaborating with leaders and staff, you will ensure the delivery of quality patient care in a cost-effective manner. You will set short and long-term objectives to meet financial and non-financial goals, ensuring alignment between people, processes, and strategies. Additionally, you will attract, develop, and retain talent, drive revenue growth through new business strategies, and communicate key information to stakeholders. Qualifications

Education, Experience, and Training

Required qualifications include:

• Master’s degree in Nursing, Health Administration, or a related field.
• At least five (5) years of progressive responsibility in Healthcare Administration.
• Proficiency in computer operations, including word processing.
• A demonstrated commitment to the community.
• Ability to lead at all management levels.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to obtain Sexual Harassment Certification within 6 months and maintain it biennially.

Prime Healthcare offers a competitive total rewards package, including paid time off, a 401K plan, medical, dental, and vision coverage, tuition reimbursement, and voluntary benefits. The estimated annual compensation range for this role is $250,000 to $350,000, depending on experience, education, credentials, and other factors. The final offer will be determined at hire.
