Responsibilities
St. Francis Medical Center in Evanston, IL is looking for their next Chief Executive Officer . You will be responsible for the overall day-to-day hospital operations as well as strategic leadership, planning, development, coordination, and control of activities within patient care, clinical, and support service areas. You will work collaboratively with leaders and staff to ensure the delivery of quality patient care in a cost-effective manner. You will plan and direct short- and long-term objectives/goals to meet financial and non-financial targets, ensuring synergy between people, processes, and strategies to achieve business objectives. Additionally, you will attract, train, develop, and retain talent to meet business needs, drive revenue growth through new business strategies, and communicate key information to stakeholders. Qualifications
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING
Required qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Nursing, Health Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of five (5) years of progressive responsibility in Healthcare Administration.
- Proficiency in computer operations, including word processing.
- Demonstrates community commitment.
- Ability to lead at all levels of management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must obtain Sexual Harassment Certification within 6 months and maintain it biennially.
Prime Healthcare offers a competitive total rewards package including paid time off, a 401K plan, medical, dental, and vision coverage, tuition reimbursement, and voluntary benefits. The estimated annual compensation range for this role is $250,000 to $350,000, which considers wages, benefits, and other compensation factors. The final offer will be based on skills, experience, education, credentials, and licensure.
