About the Role:
Crusoe.ai is seeking a dynamic Enterprise Sales Development Representative to lead our efforts in acquiring key enterprise accounts in the AI/ML cloud infrastructure market. This role will focus on driving Crusoe’s growth by engaging with large enterprises in AI R&D, media, e-commerce, and other industries that require high-performance, sustainable cloud solutions. You will be part of an innovative and rapidly growing company, working with cutting-edge technology that is transforming cloud computing by leveraging stranded energy resources to power AI workloads.
As an Enterprise Sales Development Representative, you will play a pivotal role in scaling Crusoe’s business, working with Account Executives, and building long-term relationships with top-tier clients. Your contributions will directly support Crusoe's mission to drive both growth and sustainability, making a significant impact in the AI cloud space.
What You'll Be Working On:
Prospect and Qualify: Identify and reach out to potential enterprise clients through targeted research and outreach strategies. Develop a deep understanding of their business needs and how Crusoe.ai 's solutions can address them.
Outbound Outreach: Conduct cold calls, send personalized emails, and leverage social selling techniques to generate new leads and set up meetings for the Enterprise Account Executives.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and potential opportunities within the enterprise sector.
Lead Management: Utilize CRM tools to track and manage leads, ensuring all interactions and progress are documented accurately.
Collaboration: Work closely with the Enterprise Account Executives to develop and execute effective sales strategies. Share insights and feedback to refine approaches and improve overall performance.
Metrics and Reporting: Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as lead conversion rates, outreach effectiveness, and pipeline growth.
What You'll Bring to the Team:
1-2 years of experience in a sales development or outbound prospecting internship/role, preferably within the technology or SaaS industry. Experience with enterprise sales is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence C-level executives. Proficiency in sales tools and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Highly motivated with a proactive attitude and a strong desire to succeed. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, psychology or a related field is preferred.

Compensation Range
Compensation will be paid in the range of up to $100,00 -$120,00 + Bonus. Restricted Stock Units are included in all offers. Compensation to be determined by the applicants knowledge, education, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
