Position Summary

Responsible for providing operational and administrative support for the Chief People Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and office as needed. Participate in a variety of responsible and complex administrative, secretarial, and clerical duties.

This role will pay an hourly wage of $33.65 to $38.46.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day duties for Chief People Officer and Chief Financial Officer including but not limited to:
• Arranging travel and related activities
• Managing contacts
• Completing ad hoc projects as assigned
• Use discretion and confidentiality in all C-Level matters
• Be proactive and a fast problem solver
• Prepare documents, presentations, and agendas for principals
• Always think one step ahead regarding the needs of the Chief People Officer

Qualifications

• 2-3 years in an EA role
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Flexible team player to accomplish tasks efficiently
• No task is too big or too small mindset
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
• Professional attitude and resourcefulness
• Strong time management and multi-tasking skills
