Backed with strong financial investment ($100m) this , they are looking for a strategic CFO to steer financial operations, ensure fiscal integrity, and support their next phase of growth.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-moving company preparing for a key financing round, the CFO will play a pivotal role in shaping financial strategy, managing investor relations, and ensuring operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Oversight & Compliance : Ensure financial integrity, oversee audits, and manage financial controls alongside an experienced controller.
• Operational Excellence : Develop and maintain KPI dashboards to track performance, drive accountability, and support data-driven decision-making.
• Strategic Financing : Lead and execute financing initiatives, managing relationships with equity and debt providers in preparation for upcoming capital raises.
• Executive Partnership : Act as the CEO's right hand in financial and operational matters, ensuring alignment across the leadership team.

Requirements

• Experience : 10+ years in senior financial leadership roles, ideally within SaaS, fintech, or e-commerce.
• Strategic Financing Expertise : Proven track record in securing and managing debt and equity financing.
• Data-Driven Decision Making : Strong analytical mindset with experience in KPI management and dashboard reporting.
• Leadership : Ability to collaborate across teams, hold stakeholders accountable, and drive operational efficiency.
