We are hiring a Senior Technical Product Manager with deep expertise in network security technologies like SD-WAN, SASE/SSE, etc. This critical position will drive the delivery and enhancement of network security services that protect a vast, global infrastructure of users, devices, and applications.

In this role, you will collaborate with global technology leaders to support key initiatives including a Zscaler Proof of Concept, deployment of Prisma Access for the Japan market, and enhancements to Global Remote Access (GRA). The role will report to the Director of Global Network Security Platforms and play an integral part in ensuring successful and timely execution of initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the technical delivery of network and network security products across global business units.
• Lead and manage project delivery using Agile principles; maintain and prioritize backlogs and sprint deliverables.
• Create and maintain delivery roadmaps, schedules, and financial tracking for multiple initiatives.
• Partner closely with TPMs, engineers, and cross-functional teams to define project scope, success metrics, and execution milestones.
• Lead status reporting, risk/issue management, and stakeholder communications across varying levels of technical and business teams.
• Oversee vendor and partner collaboration, ensuring dependencies are understood and managed.
• Track and report on delivery performance, applying best practices in change management and stakeholder alignment.
• Set direction for team execution, encouraging collaboration and quality-focused delivery outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant work experience with a bachelor's degree OR 3+ years with a master's degree.
• 3+ years of experience in technical product delivery or project management.
• Certification in PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe).
• Strong foundation in network and security technologies, such as SD-WAN, SASE/SSE, LAN, WLAN, Cisco, Meraki, Zscaler, Palo Alto, and Prisma Access.
• Proven success in delivering infrastructure or platform projects using Agile methodologies.
• Experience working with globally distributed teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong financial and budget management skills.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Retail or hospitality industry experience is a plus, but not required.
