What You’ll Do

As a Senior Product Manager, you’ll lead the vision, strategy, and execution for a major pillar of our site, app, and business transformation. Specifically, you will :

Lead cross-functional initiatives with Design and Engineering to deliver high-impact features that improve member engagement and success.
Drive product vision and execution by owning a 3–6 month roadmap, while contributing to longer-term strategy and innovation around transforming WeightWatchers into a holistic weight management platform..
Apply strong product sense, advocating for clean, intuitive UX that covers a full spectrum of care and balances member needs with business goals.
Use data to drive decisions—define success metrics, run A / B tests, and continuously evaluate performance to ensure we are delivering measurable value to our members and the business.
Influence and align stakeholders by proactively communicating plans, progress, and insights across the organization to unlock collective creativity and intelligence.

Skills Required

5+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in consumer-facing digital products
Strong understanding of mobile UX and user-centered design principles
Proficiency with product discovery techniques, including user research and A / B testing
Comfort with product analytics tools (e.g., Looker, Amplitude) and using data to inform decisions
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to tailor messaging for different audiences
Experience working in Agile environments with cross-functional teams
Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution

Base salary may vary depending on, but not limited to : skills, experience, and location. This role is also eligible for a comprehensive benefits package and annual bonus program.

US Pay Range

150,000 - $220,000 USD
