As a Key Account Executive at ezCater, you will be integral to driving our business forward by managing a curated book of highly impactful accounts. Your role will encompass the entire sales lifecycle—from prospecting and discovery to selling ezCater’s full suite of products and solutions. You will build and execute detailed account plans aimed at acquiring new orderers, locations, and product adoption while retaining and maximizing existing spend. Your expertise in B2B and enterprise sales, particularly with complex organizations and senior leadership, will enable you to provide strategic solutions tailored to industry-specific challenges. Responsibilities include prospecting, running discovery, selling ezCater’s products, managing impactful accounts, building and executing account plans, owning account relationships, delivering weekly reporting, providing strategic account engagement, driving spend adoption, relaying market needs to internal teams, representing ezCater at events, and other duties as assigned. Requirements include 8+ years of B2B and/or Enterprise sales experience, demonstrated sales lifecycle ownership, experience selling to procurement/supply chain roles, expert use of G-Suite and CRMs, customer communication skills, and success in managing key customer accounts. ezCater does not sponsor work visas or legal permanent residence.
