Creativity is one of marketing’s most powerful performance drivers — yet understanding why certain creative succeeds while others fall short is too often left to gut instinct, personal opinion, bias, or retroactive guesswork.
We’re hiring a Senior Creative Analyst to help change that.
This is a strategic, cross-functional role — a bridge between creative development, performance marketing, web experience, and data science. Your mission: bring structure, clarity, and evidence to a historically subjective space, and uncover the real factors behind creative effectiveness across time, formats, and platforms.
By analyzing creative assets through the lens of data — from copy and visuals to tone and structure — you’ll help uncover the underlying DNA of high-performing work. These insights will directly inform how creative is developed, tested, and iterated — enabling smarter decisions and more effective campaigns.
Partnering closely with creative leadership, you’ll help foster a culture that embraces data-informed thinking and integrates feedback loops to continuously support and improve creative output.
This is a unique opportunity to define a new capability within the marketing function. You’ll help build the frameworks, models, and feedback systems that connect creative craft with performance outcomes — turning intuition into insight and elevating creative impact through evidence.
Your scope will span far beyond paid ads, video, or TV — including email, web, and more. This is about understanding creative effectiveness across the full customer journey.
Creative Intelligence: Tools, Models & Pattern Recognition
You’ll lead the development and use of creative intelligence models, leveraging a mix of third-party platforms and internal analytics. Whether using creative AI or partnering with data science teams, your work will reveal what truly drives creative performance.
You’ll Help The Organization
- Identify recurring creative patterns across time, audience segments, and channels
- Score and evaluate creative assets from early concepts through live execution
- Predict performance potential before campaigns launch
- Benchmark creative against platform best practices and design principles
- Ensure assets are strategically optimized for their respective platforms
Creative performance shouldn’t be a mystery. Too often, we settle for “Ad A outperformed Ad B” without knowing the why . This role exists to uncover those answers — and embed them into the process — making creative output not only more informed, but more impactful.
