The Director of Performance Reliability will play a pivotal role in amplifying the Executive Team’s impact and help drive the business forward. They are a trusted advisor, balancing high-level strategic planning and bring execution rigor. You’ll help translate vision into execution, align stakeholders, and drive key initiatives across North America – all while thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This is an exciting, hands-on role that has high visibility and impact to the entire executive team – Executive, Medical, Finance, Commercial, Human Resource and Operating.
- Create and manage an executive scorecard to enhance visibility and data-driven decision making on key priorities to move our business forward
- Design and implement real-time performance tracking and output analysis to reinforce a culture of ownership and accountability
- Coordinate and facilitate strategic planning sessions, track progress on OKRs and team goals
- Conduct research, synthesize insights, and prepare briefings or recommendations for executive-level decision making
- Prepare materials for executive meetings and build organizational capabilities in story-telling through data
- Partner and act as key collaborator with regional dyads and home office senior leaders
- Act as a liaison between the executive team and internal / external stakeholders, ensuring timely follow-ups and effective communication
- Help triage and prioritize issues that require Executive attention
- Define and implement an internal organization change management process to unify the voice of our teammates, voice of the patient and voice of the business together
- Translate data-driven findings into actionable insights that improve operational efficiency
- Provide active, hands-on guidance and targeted coaching to address operational performance challenges quickly
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Public Health, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Business or related field
- 5+ years or progressive experience in healthcare analytics, business intelligence, operations or roles focused on driving performance outcomes
- Analytic mastery – superior analytical capabilities, enabling identification or trends and execution of data-informed decisions
- Result-oriented – proactive, execution-focused approach with a strong bias for decisive action
- Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and data visualization (PowerBI, Tableau); ability to build tools a plus.

- Ability and willingness to travel locally, regionally and nation-wide, up to 50% of the time, with overnight stays.
