Position Overview
The Account Manager will manage a dynamic food & beverage program for a Fooda Enterprise client onsite. This person will be the direct liaison to the client contacts, Fooda’s restaurant partner network, and responsible for the day-to-day performance of the operation.
This role’s primary goal is creating an exceptional customer experience daily. The Account Manager oversees food service operations, aims to meet and exceed client objectives, customer expectations, and financial goals. The role requires you to be based in San Francisco County and on-site at the client’s corporate campus every day, ensuring high standards of operations, client engagement, and account management.

What You Will Be Doing
- Supervising daily food service operations for a Fooda Enterprise client across multiple buildings on their corporate campus, ensuring consistent delivery of the “Service Experience”.
- Managing inventory, ordering, receiving, and restocking of grab-and-go products, beverages, and snacks.
- Overseeing daily setup and service of multiple restaurants.
- Recruiting, coaching, and managing hourly staff assisting in service execution, restocking, and customer engagement.
- Creating a monthly restaurant schedule to optimize variety, performance, and customer preferences.
- Developing creative solutions to enhance the service experience and physical space interaction.
- Providing on-site and digital customer support.
- Handling weekly accounting tasks, invoicing, and financial documentation within Fooda’s systems.
- Maintaining a positive, productive relationship with the client.

The salary range for this role is $90,000-$95,000, dependent on experience, training, location, and skills.
