As VP / Director, Connections Strategy , your expertise in media and marketing will be crucial for strategic leadership on key client engagements. You will focus on how consumers interact with channels and technology to solve business challenges through orchestrated paid, owned, and earned touchpoints that inspire connected creativity.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data resources to develop insights into consumer media consumption and behavior to guide connections plans.
• Map consumer experience journeys to identify impactful moments for brand connection.
• Create stories based on consumer interactions with devices and technology to enhance brand connection strategies.
• Collaborate with teams to translate holistic communication plans into innovative marketing tactics.
• Leverage marketing technology and data within the communications plan.
• Manage and evolve a connections toolkit to maintain strategic consistency.

Qualifications

• 10-12 years of impactful experience in digital media and marketing, with expertise in omni-channel media orchestration.
• Proven ability to leverage audience segmentation and build customer strategies.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like Comscore, MRI, Google Analytics.
• Knowledge of media channels and innovative channel selection.
• Ability to brief teams and own the vision for integrated systems.
• Leadership skills to build relationships with clients and foster collaboration.
• Experience in team oversight, coaching, and talent development.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
