$60.00/hr - $80.00/hr

Evolve Med Spa is seeking an experienced Lead Aesthetic Treatment Provider for our Hoboken flagship location—our highest volume center. As the Lead Treatment Provider, you serve as a hands-on clinical expert, role model, and representative of our brand and values. You lead by example in both client care and team collaboration, ensuring that every procedure, interaction, and environment reflects the highest standards of safety, service, and client experience. You welcome opportunities to mentor and support the growth of others—providing shadowing experiences for new hires, assisting junior providers with more advanced or complex cases, and fostering a learning-focused culture in the center. You serve as the first point of contact for addressing and managing any adverse events, ensuring swift and professional resolution in alignment with Evolve’s 2clinical protocols. You bring a deep passion for medical aesthetics, have honed your skills through ongoing development, and create memorable, personalized experiences for every client in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
This position will report directly to the Center Manager and VP of Clinical.

Responsibilities:
Performs non-invasive services and treatments including but not limited to: Injectables, Skin Rejuvenation and Laser Hair Removal.Perform all services and treatments in accordance with established treatment protocols, scope of practice, organizational policies and procedures, and all other governing standards. Be a role model to newer aesthetic providers.
Essential functions include, but are not limited to, the following:
As a Lead:

• Lead by example in treatment quality, client care, professionalism, and teamwork.
• Provide guidance and support to junior providers on complex cases and treatment planning.
• Facilitate shadowing and onboarding for new Treatment Providers.
• Serve as first point of contact for clinical concerns and adverse events, ensuring prompt resolution.
• Promote a collaborative, learning-focused culture within the center.
• Share knowledge of best practices and advancements in medical aesthetics to support team growth.
  
  

As a Treatment Provider:

• Administers treatments in accordance with Evolve Med Spa policies and procedures.
• Establish and maintain rapport with clients in order to ensure overall customer service satisfaction of clients.
• Evaluate client’s suitability for all available services/treatments and perform treatments that same day.
• Pursue opportunities to educate clients on additional services (upselling).
• Educate clients on all treatment processes including pre and post-treatment care guidelines.
• Perform maintenance checks on equipment to ensure systems are operating appropriately.
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of treatment rooms between each client.
• Annotate and post appropriate information and maintain accurate client treatment records/data in the client’s electronic medical chart.
• Sustain proficiency through continuous education and trainings.
• Collaborate with sales and ops teams to achieve company goals.
• Travel between locations, as necessary.
• All other duties as assigned.
  
  

Qualifications and Competencies:

• Active Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in New Jersey, in good standing
• 2+ years of relevant aesthetics industry experience preferred
• Experience in training and mentoring others strongly valued
• Strong communication and client relationship skills
• Comfortable with basic computer applications (MS Office, Salesforce, etc.)
• Warm, professional bedside manner
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities
• Demonstrates exceptional teamwork and professionalism
• Ability to meet U.S. employment and eligibility requirements.

Schedule: 35 hours, Monday to Saturday hours between 9am-8pm, Saturdays are a condition of employment with Evolve Med Spa.
Work Location:: Hoboken, may be asked to travel from time to time
