We are seeking a Partnership Advocate for AVSG Internal Medicine Emergency & Critical Care.
About the Role
As a Partnership Advocate, you will connect our hospitals with the referring veterinary community, fostering trust-based relationships to enhance collaboration and partner experience. Your role involves developing and executing strategic initiatives to strengthen referral partnerships, drive engagement, and expand our network, using relationship-building, data insights, and targeted marketing to promote growth and support our commitment to high-quality care.
What You Will Do
- Build & Strengthen Relationships
- Serve as a trusted liaison for referring veterinarians, ensuring their needs are met.
- Develop engagement plans to support and educate veterinary practices.
- Foster long-term partnerships with tailored solutions.
- Analyze referral patterns and market trends to identify expansion opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing teams on outreach strategies to grow referrals.
- Coordinate with hospital teams to align outreach with business goals.
- Engage with veterinary teams through visits and educational programs.
- Act as a liaison ensuring smooth communication.
- Identify and address barriers to referrals.
- Educate about hospital services and treatment options.
- Monitor KPIs and use data for strategy refinement.
- Advocate for referring veterinarians' needs within the organization.
- Represent the organization at industry events.
What We Are Looking For
- A passion for veterinary medicine and connecting with professionals.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience in business development or veterinary sales preferred.
- Solutions-oriented with data analysis skills.
- Willingness to travel locally and for industry events.
Working Environment and Expectations
- Frequent local travel (up to 75%) and occasional out-of-market travel.
- Primarily Monday-Friday schedule, adaptable as needed.
- Salary: $62,000 - $72,000 annually.
- Based in a hospital office with some remote work.
- Exposure to moderate noise, pets, and animal care environment.
- Physical ability to sit/stand for long periods and drive long distances.

Base Pay: $62,000 - $72,000 USD
