Responsibilities:

• Develop long-term relationships with key clients and work with leadership to meet expectations and strategic goals.
• Assess potential new business opportunities in terms of revenue and profitability with Operations and Finance.
• Coordinate business development objectives across departments.
• Lead marketing strategy development, including competitive analysis and senior management approval.
• Provide regular updates on business plans and strategies to leadership.
• Travel and driving are essential duties of this role.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 8-10 years in sales development or management.
• Experience in client communication and negotiations.
• Entrepreneurial experience and a proven sales record.
• Strong leadership skills with customers and teams.
