JOB SUMMARY :This role will oversee all aspects of the Recuperative Care program including recruiting and supervising of all staff.Maintain relationships with other agency departments ensuring integration of care.Establishes contacts with referral sources and attends appropriate community meetings.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
·Oversee daily operations of the department, which operates 24 hours/day 7 days/week.
·Practice and reinforcethe mission, vision and values of the organization.
·Recruit, interview, hire, and orient all direct reports
·Maintain appropriate staffing levels.
·Ensure compliance with MCP and Community Support provider contract.
·Provide initial and ongoing training to team members
·Assign duties and work schedules to direct reports and provide on-site guidance of established procedures
·Review and approve timecards, including time off requests.Make appropriate edits, when needed.
·Maintain job descriptions and evaluation criteria for all direct reports and conduct formal written evaluations, using the appropriate tools provided by HR.
·Provide support, direction, and leadership to team members and assist them with any
questions or problems.
·Resolve conflicts in a timely manner with the consultation and support of HR.
·Responsible for the collection of data and reporting via various software programs.
·Hold and facilitate regular team meetings.
·Oversee program budget and ensure that projects are completed on time and in budget.
·Provide solutions to issues that develop.
·Assist in the completion of grant applications, RFP’s and RFQ’s.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
·Masters degree in healthcare and/or licensed healthcare professional.
·Minimum of 5 years’ experience managing staff in healthcare setting.
·Experience working in City of San Francisco safety net including work with individuals experiencing homelessness.
·Self-starter, capable of managing staff and giving direction to others and work under pressure in certain cases.
·Proof of negative or inactive TB required. Curry Senior Center will provide or reimburse for the cost of a TB test after an offer of employment has been accepted by both parties. Proof of a negative TB test within 90 days will also be accepted.

·Effective oral and written communications skills with the ability to express ideas in a clear, thorough,
concise manner.
·Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.Solid aptitude for customer service.
·High degree of skill in grammar, spelling and punctuation.
·Ability to maintain the confidentiality of all information obtained.
·Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize workflow.
·High level of analytical problem-solving skills.
·Excellent time management skills, including the ability to manage self-development.
·Must be action-oriented and have the ability to work independently and as a team player.
·Strong computer skills such as Chrome, Google suite, Apple iOS, Office suite.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/DEMANDS:
The incumbent is in a non-confined office-type setting in which they are free to move about at will. The Environment is mostly clean and comfortable but may include some minor annoyances such as noise, odors, drafts, etc. Work will be performed utilizing a computer, sitting at a desk/chair or standing while
speaking and interacting with clients. Position will require average finger dexterity to operate normal office equipment and systems.
