Licensed Nursing Assistant (Madbury)

Carriage Hill is a family owned and operated 24-bed assisted living residence.

This specific position is Sunday, Monday and Tuesday on 3rd Shift (11 P - 7 A). Unlicensed Personal Care Assistants will also be considered,

This position supports our mission: to provide the highest quality of life for each resident and peace of mind for family members that their loved one is receiving this level of care.

The LNA will be responsible for providing nursing care to our residents according to the Plan of Care initiated by the Director of Nursing (DON) or designees, in accordance with the Primary Care Provider's (PCP) orders and directives, and in keeping with the organization's high standards of quality care.

• Serves as an integral member of a united nursing care team to not only provide resident care but to also ensure a safe, comfortable and enjoyable home environment that fully encompasses and meets the emotional, physical and psychological needs of the residents.
• Serves as a key representative of the organization in marketing services to potential residents.
