Position Summary

Ready to be the superhero of resident care? As our Registered Nurse I, you'll be the maestro of midnight magic, orchestrating a symphony of comfort and care for our beloved residents. Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to plan, organize, direct, implement, and evaluate all aspects of resident care, ensuring we're not just meeting but dancing circles around State and Federal Laws and our Community's policies and procedures.

Your Exciting Adventures

• Be the ultimate communication wizard, conjuring up conversations with nursing staff, physicians, pharmacists, and family members about our residents' status.
• Channel your inner superhero hearing to listen to resident, family, or physician concerns, then leap into action with corrective measures or report to the appropriate personnel faster than a speeding bullet.
• Join the Resident Care conference party and keep those Care Plans in tip-top shape – think of it as giving our residents' stories the best plot twists!
• Become the medication mixologist, preparing and administering the perfect prescription cocktails (as ordered by physicians, of course). Keep our medicine cabinet stocked like it's the hottest bar in town!
• Transform into a documentation dynamo, capturing patient care issues with the precision of a world-class journalist and reporting them faster than breaking news.
• Sharpen your Sherlock Holmes skills to recognize and identify signs and symptoms, then use your initiative and proper judgment to select the most appropriate treatment or procedures.
• Lead your team of healthcare heroes like a charismatic captain, providing immediate supervision and direction to ancillary personnel. Be ready to initiate corrective action faster than you can say "Avengers, assemble!"
• Embrace the element of surprise with other duties as assigned – because variety is the spice of nursing life!

Qualifications

Your Superhero Toolkit

• A shiny Colorado Registered Nursing License, as spotless as Captain Jack's shield
• Geriatric wisdom that would make any wizard proud (advanced training preferred)
• A year of experience in the long-term care universe (think of it as your origin story)
• Leadership skills that would impress (1-year supervisory experience preferred)
• Microsoft Office superpowers, especially in Excel, Word, and Outlook (no Stark-level AI required, though)
• English language skills that would make spiderman jealous (reading, writing, and speaking)
• Customer service skills so good, you could sell ice to a Polar Bear!

Your Superhero Physical Stats

• Strength: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally (like Thors's hammer, but lighter)
