What You’ll Do: Supervise and support nursing staff during your shift Oversee medication distribution and patient care Conduct rounds and provide education to staff and families Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations What You’ll Need: NJ RN license (unencumbered) Associate's or Bachelor's in Nursing Long-term care experience a plus LPNs with leadership experience may be considered Why Join Us?
