Experience
- 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.
- 24 months of Critical Care Float Pool experience with 3 months worked in the last 6 months.
- Experience with Epic is preferred.
- 3 months of acute care experience within the last 6 months.
- 3 months of Trauma Level 1 facility is required. Requirements
- Candidates must have a Georgia license or compact license (required for submission).
- This role will require floating to multiple units
- COVID vaccination required after submission. Declinations not accepted.
- No current placement allowed at Program
HWL Program - Grady Memorial.
Pre-employment modules may be required for this role.

Required skills/experience
Must have minimum of 2 years exp in similar sized facility.
Floating requirements
This position will float to ALL critical care floors, ER and ER hold (if actual ER- patients assigned will be limited) plus MTC/Step-Down/PACU for holds if needed. 7 days maximum time off Certifications
