Required Procedures: - Upper GI endoscopy - ERCP - Esophageal dilatation/manometry - Esophageal manometry interpretation - Small Bowel biopsy, Lower GI endoscopy - Sigmoidoscopy, Colonoscopy - Endoscopic ultrasound (EUS), Liver biopsy - Insertion/management of Sengstaken/Blakemore tube
