Internal Medicine Physician, Arizona Outpatient, 350K Starting Salary With 100k Sign-on All Visas Accepted We are a well-established clinic in Arizona seeking an Internal Medicine physician to join our team! This position offers a balanced 4-day workweek, with mentorship opportunities to contribute to professional growth. Practice Details: We offer a collaborative environment with available mentorship for newly-graduated residency candidates Clinic focuses on adult and geriatric patients and offers specialized care for diabetes patients due to high need in the area. Schedule: 4-day workweek with 10-hour shifts Phone call only with a 1:4 rotation, taken 1 week per month Very light with 0-5 calls per week Compensation and Benefits: Starting salary of $350,000 with a $100,000 Sign-on/Relocation bonus paid upon execution of contract (Must sign a 5-year agreement for the $100k) Full benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, 7 weeks of PTO, 401k with 5% employer match, CME allowance and reimbursement, and FSA Annual CME reimbursement of $5,000 plus reimbursement for DEA, professional fees, and licensure up to $2,500 7 weeks of PTO plus 6 days of paid holiday time Lifestyle Spending Account of $800 per year, including additional wellness programs and incentives Tuition reimbursement program available with up to $5,250 per year Malpractice with tail coverage and more!
