Monday - Friday; 8am-5pm Practice Setting

Clinic setting Types of Cases

Maternal Fetal Medicine; evaluation ultrasounds; antenatal testing and outpatient consultations; amniocentesis Credentialing Timeframe

90 days Electronic Medical Record (EMR)

Epic Must be board certified or truly board eligible Must have an active Illinois license or Interstate Medical Compact License (IMLCC) Facility Location Champaign-Urbana encompasses a large metropolitan area of Illinois and is home to a university and extensive medical network.
