General surgery cases Credentialing Timeframe

30 days Electronic Medical Record (EMR)

Athena & Meditech Certifications Required

Board Certified, Fellowship preferred, Basic Life Support certifications (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Licensure Required
