Support a high-volume program with 1,700+ annual deliveries, including low- and high-risk obstetrics 2-3 days in clinic with dedicated, blocked OR time Comfortable call schedule with in-house call pay Maternal-Fetal Medicine support available Two Labor & Delivery OR suites with dedicated anesthesia staff Level III NICU (24 beds) provides advanced neonatal care Program and Facilities High-volume practice with 1,700+ annual deliveries Full spectrum of care including low- and high-risk obstetrics Maternal-Fetal Medicine support available Two OR suites adjacent to labor and delivery with dedicated anesthesia coverage and DaVinci robotic technology Level III NICU (24 beds) for advanced neonatal care Compensation & Incentives $450,000 base salary with transition to production model $50,000 sign-on bonus Residency stipend and loan assistance available Eligible for NHSC loan repayment programs Freeman Health System Highlights Locally owned, not-for-profit, and nationally recognized health system, founded over 100 years ago Experienced leadership team dedicated to managing clinic and hospital operations-allowing physicians to focus on delivering high-quality patient care Accessible executive team committed to transparency, collaboration, and physician engagement Guided by the Freeman Forward Strategic Plan , built on the Five Points of Purpose
