About the Role
As a Primary Care Physician (PCP) with ChenMed, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional care to our patients.
Your responsibilities will include
Patient Care
Conduct comprehensive assessments, physical exams, and develop personalized care plans.
Manage both acute and non-acute conditions and provide clear documentation.
Collaboration
Work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Participate in clinical rounds, meetings, and quality management programs.
Advocacy & Education
Act as a patient advocate, facilitating family conferences, and ensuring education on care plans.
What Were Looking For
Qualifications
MD or DO in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or similar.
Board certification preferred; active state licensure required.
Experience
Minimum 2 years in a clinical setting with leadership experience preferred.
Proven ability to manage a patient panel effectively.
Skills
Exceptional clinical skills, advanced communication, and problem-solving abilities.
Experience in geriatric care is a plus.
