About the Role
As an Associate Clinical Director , you will
Lead and Supervise
Directly oversee and train primary care providers (PCPs) in your assigned center, ensuring top-notch clinical quality, efficiency, and patient satisfaction.
Patient Care
Provide direct patient care for acute and chronic conditions, manage complex cases, and collaborate with specialists as needed.
Team Management
Lead your care team, including medical assistants and coordinators.
Engage with hospitalists and transitional care teams for patients in various settings.
Operational Leadership
Conduct weekly meetings, support center operations, and assist in recruiting and patient outreach.
Key Qualifications
Education
MD or DO in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or a related specialty.
Board certification preferred; Board eligibility required.
Experience
At least 1 year of clinical experience in a geriatric or family practice setting.
Leadership experience preferred, especially within ChenMed.
Skills
Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to travel locally and occasionally regionally.
