Job Description

We're seeking a Full-Time  Nurse Practitioner  or Physician Assistant  with Salud Family Health in Sterling, Co .

At Salud, our Physician Assistants & Nurse Practitioners approach their tasks in a team-based care fashion that supports patients and their families in self-management, self-efficacy, and behavior change.

As a Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner at Salud, you will perform routine clinic operations, take histories, and make physical assessments, all the while adhering to the spirit of the SALUD mission statement.

Must have graduated or been graduating from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program Licensure

Possess an unrestricted Physician Assistant license or Nurse Practitioner license in good standing in the State of Colorado Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

The ability to speak Spanish is strongly preferred Sensitivity to low-income and ethnic minority communities is a must Experience

3 years of experience in a clinical setting as a Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant preferred
