Food Service Manager

We’re seeking a Manager  to join our team!

This is not your typical burger! Our quality obsessed chefs grill our burgers with the same attention and skill as they do the prime cut steaks at American Beauty. The Win~Dow is adored by locals and chefs alke and has grown from a humble neighborhood stand to a cult-followed destination serving over 3,000 happy guests weekly.

The right person will be experienced in leading a team of managers and staff, dedicated to our standards, and love all things hospitality and service.

Qualifications:

• 1 year of previous manager experience in a fast casual, contemporary environment
• Scratch kitchen experience preferred however we will happily train anyone who wants to learn about serving quality food made by chefs who care.
• Have a coach mentality and a dedication to creating a happy and productive team that adheres to our culture and standards
• Basic understanding of quality and cost control
• Understand our technologies and care about accuracy (POS, Excel, Word, Ctuit, Hot Schedules)
• Create a happy work environment that promotes teamwork, recognition and growth
• Focus on creating a memorable guest experience
• Have an active ServSafe Food Safety and Tips Certificate
• Have a flexible schedule and open availability
