What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and execute strategies to drive sales opportunities and retain existing clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with consultant partners, primarily on the West Coast
- Communicate Schwab's offerings effectively to consultant partners and key decision-makers
- Manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines while traveling up to 50% of the time
- Create strategic business plans to drive new sales opportunities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of five years of directly related work experience in sales, retirement consulting, and/or relationship management
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with key consulting firms and their decision-makers
- In-depth knowledge of retirement plan markets and investment solutions
- Strong track record of achieving business development targets
- FINRA Series 7 and 66 licenses required

- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS)
- Experience in talent development and training for internal partners
- Ability to communicate effectively through multiple channels
